Memories of War

It’s been 10 years since the NATO bombings of Belgrade, capital of Serbia (also Yugoslavia back then) and there are still a few buildings in the city centre that were left untouched to remind people of the horror of war. One of them is the Federal Police building that was hit during the night between the 29th and 30th of April in 1999.
I still can’t believe this happened…
1.In the nineties…everyone should know better.
2.In the heart of Europe, the centre of civilization the last 40 years (before this happened)
3.Because of religion.
Humanity is stupid…we’ll never learn.
